It's a bit smaller than I had expected, but should fit 3 grocery bags. It's not rigid; caves in upon itself, although not an issue aside from aesthetics. There are only 2 small velcro straps on the bottom to keep it from sliding in the trunk, but if you have a rubber trunk mat, there's no way to secure it (e.g., no cargo hooks in corners).
On the plus side, there are plenty of pouches all around the outside, and it folds compactly into a little bag,

Velcro helps it stay put. Items stay in containers. I looked at more expensive options, but this got good reviews, so I bought this. The reviews were accurate, and I'm happy.

the bag was larger than I expected but I do like it. It holds a lot of items and has several pockets on the outsides. Great to help grocery bags, maps, etc.

I am very pleased with my decision, Amazon had the best price for this item, it has the most pockets offered on all sides. It never slides and is sturdy enough to hold up individual water bottles in the back.

A very handy product. Has several pockets and main area is divided into 3 compartments. Easily folds flat when not in use. Has handles to use for transporting items to and from vehicle. Has two velcro strips on bottom to keep from sliding in trunk. The velcro has covers that flap over the strips when you pick the bag up. The only slight negative is that the main compartment dividers are not adjustable or removable. They could have snaps or velcro for a little more flexability. Otherwise a great product for the price.
