Excellent backstroke DVD November 27, 2009

There's a reason why Aaron is one of the world's best backstrokers. He is an extremely gifted backstroker. In this video he shows us how other common folks can practice to be a better backstroker. Clear and concise commentary by Glen Mills and Aaron are very instructive. Like other Go Swim DVDs, I like the multiple camera angles especially under water. I like the Go Swim series a lot better than the series by Terry Laughlin(founder of Total Immersion system).
