Tremendous Fun for Little Money July 5, 2009 G. McDowell (Cape Cod, MA) My Flip Digital video camera cost only $49. I like the quality of the videos and taking them couldn't be simpler. Someday I will read the #$@^%XX manual but so far I haven't had to because everything about the flip is straightforward. I stuck the flip tab into the USB port on my computer, the software downloaded and minutes later I sent my first film with titles to my kids via email.
Flip Camcorder Surprise July 5, 2009 Noel Courtney (Auckland, New Zealand) I am most impressed with this camcorder. Considering the cost and size I expected some drawbacks in terms of quality etc but the results are very good. The minimal zoom facility is not so good however as it seems to be fuzzy when used to zoom in. The accompanying software is also very good for processing videos into movies etc. Also, the e mail and snapshot facilities are handy as well. All in all, a very good item and I would recommend it to anyone.
Paid its way already. July 5, 2009 B. Brown (Texas) I bought this camera to take pictures of my farm animals for my newsletter readers. I already have new customers because of the pictures. Simple and easy to use.
Excellent Value July 5, 2009 J. Marr (Marysville, WA USA) We purchased this to replace our miniDV camera which had begun eating tapes. Once transferred to the web, the quality of the movies are every bit as high, and the convenience factor is amazing. The simple controls allow my three year old daughter to happily create her own 'bideos'. Recommended.
Flipping over Flip video recorder July 5, 2009 Stirling Morita Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RAPJRTMHKO57 Best thing I ever bought for $50 and here's the proof
