A classy touch for my wedding cake at my self-catered wedding July 15, 2010

I hosted and catered my own wedding for just under $1000. On such a tight budget, I was looking for ways to add classy touches that I could afford. This cake topper was the PERFECT touch for my wedding cake. I purchased two large cheesecakes from my local Costco, cut one to be about two inches smaller than the other, then tiered the cakes. I decorated them with fresh strawberries and this cake topper. We had enough to serve 50 people and the total cost for cake and topper was around $65. Now I have this beautiful momento from my wedding displayed in my house. I smile every time I see it!

I ordered this 4 weeks before the wedding to replace an Ebay purchase that never arrived and never received any reply from the sender.
Brand new. Prompt delivery. Great price. The larger version with only the couple (without the Pinnacle over them was selling on EBAY from $50-$100. Worked out perfectly.

This cake topper is everything I hoped it would be! It's the perfect size for my cake and it's not too heavy. My baker said the creamy color of this cake topper will look especially nice with the icing on the cake, so I'm really excited to see it on my actual wedding cake! The best part of this cake topper, is you can tie a nice string or ribbon on the top when you are finished with it and use it as a Christmas ornament!
Definitely a great deal and yet another high-quality product from Lenox!

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the cake topper. It is beautifully made. I was a little surprised by the size though. The arch is only 5.5" tall (so the bride and groom are only about 4" tall). I'm hoping it will not look out of proportion on my four tier wedding cake. I am optimistic though.
