Description 45 TRAILERS! 12-MINUTES OF FOOTAGE IN 3-D! 250 POSTERS AND STILLS! SURPRISE FEATURES FOR HOURS OF ENJOYMENT! Don't miss this very special DVD of trailers from the World 3-D Film Expo! Over 40 trailers (including some 3-D movies that we're NOT shown!) and several very special bonuses: Trailers in real anaglyphic 3-D for "The Maze" and "It Came From Outer Space", and the famous "Train Arriving" footage, shot in 3-D by the Lumiere Brothers in the mid 1930s. None of this footage has EVER been seen on DVD in true 3-D, until now! Plus, background information on the history of 3-D, the Expo, and more than 250 stills of posters and other advertising materials. Along with other bonus surprises, this limited edition DVD will entertain you for hours and hours. Each DVD comes with a pair of anaglyphic (red/blue) glasses at no extra charge! Note: This is a standard DVD, NOT a DVD-R.

| Customer Reviews: One of a kind DVD January 15, 2010 Darren M. Nemeth (Saginaw County, MI) You'll NEVER find this stuff anywhere else on DVD; 50 trailers for all but four of the 3-D films produced from 1952 - 1955.
Most are in 2-D naturally, transferred from 35mm prints, some from 16mm prints and several ad snipes. SubuCat did an outstanding job presenting all of them here in one disc.
If you like the series of "42nd Street" trailer compilations then you'll watch this one from beginning to end as well. Those old ads are addictive.
The deluxe disc also features a lot of bonuses including previously lost 3-D footage.
This is one of my very few discs that I'll never part with. Core Collection.
Interesting Look Back at 3D April 11, 2007 Charles A. Casson Jr. (Kentucky) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
DVD contained trailers of many old 3D films, which I enjoyed a great deal, although they would have been more interesting if the trailers had been shown in 3D complete with glasses. This made viewing somewhat disappointing.
AWESOME collection of trailers. A must buy for 3-D fans December 17, 2004 S. Phillips (Las Vegas, NV United States) 10 out of 11 found this review helpful
This is a great DVD, I can't recommend it highly enough. Containing original theatrical trailers for almost all the 3-D movies from the 1950's, along with some rare footage from 3-D movies going back to the 1930's, it is a must for fans of the stereoscopic cinema. A couple of the trailers are 3-D versions specially converted to the anaglyphic 3-D format, and the 30s footage is also in this format, the enclosed glasses are all you need to watch that portion of the DVD.
BUYER BEWARE! October 1, 2004 Richard Kownacki (Wichita Falls, TX United States) 26 out of 30 found this review helpful
The trailers ARE NOT IN 3-D. The packaging and ads for this product are very misleading. There should be a disclaimere in large print: TRAILERS ARE NOT IN 3-D. So what's the point? I was mighty disappointed, to say the list, especially since they send you the 3-D glasses. As it turns out, there are 7 minutes of 3-D movie trailers, and 5 minutes of archival, experimental 3-D materials. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SENDING MY DVD BACK TO AMAZON.
