Culligan water filter for camping July 8, 2010 Dara Evans (usa) Great filter. Taking showers in the RV felt much better. I would suggest using just the cylinder and putting it between two water hoses instead of having it hang off the water hookup on the back of your camper or RV. We love it.
Worked on vacation January 26, 2010 Thomas F. Goettl (Owosso, Mi. USA) Was recommend to have some type a filter while on a vacation with our camper and this done the job kept the smell from different water tastes and after vacation no debre in water holding tank.
Awesome inexpensive fix for stinky water! August 22, 2009 P. Reavis 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Purchased two by mistake; but after hooking to to our seasonal "trailer" that sits on a permanant site year round am so grateful that I did. Had bad water quality (stinky and high iron content). Very easy to install and the smell is gone!!! Not an issue with water pressure, no difference what so ever. No more staining from the iron either! Wasn't sure what to expect for such a reasonable price but VERY happy with the product and grateful to have a spare.. will purchase more as the filters need replaced.
Slooooooooooow flow rate. July 8, 2009 C. Ly (Fort Lauderdale, FL) Not sure why mine had such terrible flow. Definitely not the 1 gpm as described. More like two cups per minute. I plan on using it to fill my emergency drinking water container prior to a hurricane here is South Florida. It's going to take a looooong time to fill my two 7 gallon tanks.
Keeps the water system on my camper clean... June 13, 2009 G. Patten (Plymouth, NH USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Keeps rust, sediment and bad taste out of my camper water system. You never know how good the quality of the water is in the campgrounds.
